Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Trade Alliance Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Trade Alliance. The Platform is operated by Trade Alliance Europe B.V.

2. Service Description

Trade Alliance is a B2B networking platform that connects international trading companies. We maintain a verified directory, facilitate AI-assisted introductions, host quarterly events, and manage member audits. We DO NOT participate in business transactions between members and do not guarantee deal outcomes.

3. Membership Eligibility

Member: €1M–€500M annual revenue, 5+ FTE, 3+ years international trade. Alliance Director: 5+ years B2B sales experience, 5,000+ LinkedIn connections, commitment to recruit 2+ members per month. Trade Alliance reserves the right to reject applications.

4. Membership Fees & Renewal

Membership: €5,000/year, billed annually. Auto-renews unless terminated in writing at least 60 days before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable once an audit has been completed.

5. Audit Requirements

All members must pass an initial on-site audit and an annual renewal audit. Failure to cooperate with audits may result in membership suspension or termination.

6. Member Conduct

Members must provide accurate information, respect confidentiality of other members' data, and conduct business with integrity. Fake accounts, misrepresentation, or breach of audit declarations result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, design, logos, blog posts, and member directory layout — is the property of Trade Alliance Europe B.V. Members retain ownership of their company profile data.

7a. Member Logo Licence

By uploading a company logo to your member profile, you grant Trade Alliance Europe B.V. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display and reproduce that logo in the verified member directory, on the Trade Alliance website, in event materials, in printed collateral, and in marketing communications about the network (including social media, presentations, and press). You confirm you own or are authorised to grant this licence and that the logo does not infringe any third-party rights. The licence continues for the duration of your membership and may be revoked at any time by written notice to info@trade-alliance.eu; we will remove the logo from platforms we control within 30 days, though we cannot recall previously published or archived materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trade Alliance facilitates introductions only. We are not liable for: outcomes of business transactions between members, member disputes, financial losses from deals, or the accuracy of information beyond our audit process. Maximum liability in any case is capped at the annual membership fee paid.

9. Data Processing

All data is processed per our GDPR Protocol. Members consent to the processing of their company data for matching and directory purposes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the membership with 60 days written notice before the renewal date. Trade Alliance may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, failed audits, or non-payment.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam.
